Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a Gilcée print and a normal print?
A ‘normal’ print is printed using an inkjet printer using the four-colour method; cyan, magenta, yellow and black to create tiny dots to build the image.
A Giclée print uses a larger collection of ink colours to achieve a better colour accuracy. They are also printed on specialist papers which do not degrade or yellow so that they maintain their colour and crisp detail.
Is the artwork true to the photos?
The photos are shown as accurately as possible however, there may be a slight difference due to lighting, browsers and screen settings. The artwork in the ‘in situ’ photographs may differ in size in an attempt to clearly show the piece of art in a setting. Please refer to the dimensions listed on the artwork description.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, delivery in the uk is included within the cost of the print or original. International delivery will occur an addition cost, please contact me before you order with your address and the artwork you would like and I can share the delivery options.
Please be aware shipping costs outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the destination of the artwork. These will be at the customer’s expense as I have no control over these charges and can accept no responsibility. Due to the changes in shipping from the UK I can no longer send artwork to the EU.
